Our application procedure


1. Selection resume and motivation

Whenever an application reaches us, we aim to give a response within two weeks. During this phase, we select applicants based on their resume and motivation letters. We assess potential employees to see if they fit the profile we have for the vacancy. Do your resume and motivation letter fit this profile? Then we would like to plan in an introduction interview with you. If the assessment is negative we will notify you within three weeks.

2. Introduction interview

The introduction interview has as main aim to get to know each other better. We will take our time to show who ISM eCompany is as an organization, and we will give you the time to show who you are as a person. We think it is very important that future employees reflect our key values. Your resume and motivation letter will be extensively discussed. Furthermore, we will look at your personality and ambition to decide whether it would be a good ‘fit’ for both of us.

3. Follow up interview/ assessment

In most cases, a follow up interview will only take place for full-time potential employees. During the follow up interview you will talk to a board member and possibly another colleague from your future team. For other functions, we might ask you to fill in a written evaluation. That way, we can get a better understanding of your skills and competencies. Of course, you will be notified in advance whether you will have to fill in a written assessment or not. Especially for functions with a large amount of responsibility, an assessment is part of the application procedure.

4. Offer

If the results from your follow up interview and - if applicable - the written assessment are all positive, you will receive an offer based on your experience, competencies and potential. Of course we hope that you will accept and enable us to welcome you as a new addition to our team.
